American Translators Association The organization that represents translators and interpreters in the U.S. Check out the local chapter or group nearest to you. Look up all the wonderful information on translators and translating. Don’t forget to check into the Annual Conference, held yearly in November, in different parts of the country. ATA also provides certification for translators in the U.S. and abroad.
Panoltia, Inc. An organization that helps companies better understand their Hispanic employees and the cultural differences they bring to the workplace. They also give Community Interpreter classes in person and on line. Check them out!

Spanish Language Division (SPD) of the ATA Become a member of ATA and the SPD! Find out about the next SPD conference – once a year in different locations around the country. The SPD also has an excellent Spanish/English publication called INTERCAMBIOS, which you will receive automatically upon becoming a member of ATA and SPD.
